| 1. What do you do? |
| We clear all types of waste from residential and commercial properties. We have a team of one or two men who will not only clear the waste but also clear up after themselves. |

| 2. What type of things do you take? |
| We will take anything, however, there are supplements on certain items of waste (for example: environmentally hazardous waste). Please contact us for more information. |

| 3. How do you charge? |
| We generally charge by volume - the amount of waste removed. However, if the waste is bulk we will charge by the weight. |

| 4. Do you recycle? |
| Every effort is made to recycle whatever we can whenever financially possible.The majority goes to recycling depots and licensed transfer stations. We are dedicated to reducing what goes to land fill. Where practicable, we look to reuse items by donating them to local charities, passing them on to employees or selling them via auction houses. |

| 5. Can you do the job outside ordinary business hours? |
| If you require a pick-up outside ordinary business hours, let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your requirements. |

| 6. Are you insured? |
| Yes. Our trucks and drivers are fully insured to do this work, including cover against any unlikely damage caused to a client's property when removing waste from the premises. |

| 7. Are you licensed? |
| We are licensed by the Environmental Agency to carry waste and also by the Department of Transport to operate heavy goods vehicles. Please click here to view our Environment Agency Certificate |

Skips |
Q: Where can I have my skip dropped?
A: Skips can be dropped on a private property such as
your drive or on the road outside your house. Skips can
also be dropped at business, offices or factories. For
contractors and builders, we also offer waste disposal
services for customer locations.

Q: Do I need permission from the council to place a skip
on the road?
A: Yes. we can organise this for you, or you can apply
for it yourself from your local council. They charge a
small fee for the permit

Q: What if I cannot get a skip license?
A: For skip permit problems, we offer a wait and load
service, where the driver will wait while you load the
skip. Please contact us for further information.

Q: Is there anything that I cannot put in a skip?
A: In accordance with environmental legislation, fridge
freezers, asbestos and tyres are not permitted to be placed
in or beside a skip. However, if you do require a fridge
or freezer collection, we will be happy to arrange a dedicated
vehicle to dispose of these for you.

Q: Are there any skip loading requirements?
A: Skips must be level-loaded at all times to ensure safety
and that rubbish remains contained whilst in transit.

Q: How long can I keep a skip?
A: The price is the same whether you have the skip for
one day or two weeks. This can be extended at your request.

Q: How much notice do I need to give?
A: 24 hour notice is usually required for deliveries,
collections and exchanges. However, if you call us before
10:00 am, we can offer same day service for local areas.
We can guarantee a next day service for either the morning
or afternoon. For people who have a tight schedule, we
will do out utmost to work around your requirements.

Q: What happens with my waste after it is taken away in a
skip?
A: Skips are taken to a fully licensed waste transfer
station for recycling to ensure that the minimum of rubbish
goes to landfill
